I bought a matched set of polished aluminum heel protectors, swing arm brace, upper and lower belt guards. The lower guard weld broke and the dealer would not warrentee it. The part is now discontinued. I don't want another one, this factory accessory is junk! I could tell when I put it on it would not last. Is there anything out there similar in polished aluminum or chrome, other than the carbon ones. Thanks Guys | ||

Mine broke to Ray. I don't think there is anything else out there. I picked up another one off ebay. | ||

Thanks Olinx, I may try something I just do not know what yet. I have the stock piece back on for now, it is built to take the abuse it recieves down there. | ||

lower guard?? remove it from the bike, hang it on wall in garage. | ||

i think there is another company that sells them. a german one i believe. Trojan may know of this one also. i remember seing it but don't remember where...it had a lightning bolt cut out in the center of the lower guard. i'll look when i get home, i may have saved the web page. |
