A big thanks to the guys at Edison Buell. The track day was great!!! It was a good chance to see some old faces and meet some new ones!!! It was great to talk to the guys at Liberty again. IMO-they did the right thing this should be considered the "First Annual" of many more. As I stated I think the Team Promotion Basic school does a great job of getting riders up to speed safely, and watching you could see the transformation for street rider to full blown "Buelligan's". That group was really flying by the afternoon!!! Thank you Pete and Seth... | ||

Yeah..They did a great job. It was great seeing everyone again. One small wish.. Seth, we've either got to figure a better way to heat that box so next time, we don't have as much ice freezing up the bikes! OR we hold it a little later in the year, without the ice and snow/rain/freezing temps.. etc..  OR - we pick another track, that might be a little warmer?  It was of course, very cool meeting some of the faces behind the nick names here at BadWeb. Hope to do it again .. | ||

Race_pirate, I'm really glad you were able to make the event. It is great to see a Buell mixing it up with the I4 yahoos in the Blue group. But beware, Seth and I will be nipping at your heels. We both got the nod to move from the Red to Blue groups after a second evaluation at the next event! Also, if we plan a second Buell track day for later in the year, what would we call it? I wouldn't be second annual right? Maybe just the Second of many! Talk soon, Pete | ||

Hmmmm.. Give it a different name.. Summer Thunder Day? Second Cylinder... Second Helping.. Hmmm.. Ok, that's just a few silly ideas off the top of the head.. But I'd love to see it happen again. Maybe at Summit? Or and even nicer place like VIR? (I know it's a way to go for you guys.. but you have to admit, it's a hell of a facility! and a GREAT track to ride!) | ||
