That sucks DJ. What is your dealership saying about their inability to fix it? What about Buell customer service? I think I remember you saying earlier that your work schedule conflicts really badly with customer service. Any luck so far? I hope they get you up and running or at least buy your bike back. |

yea thats some crap. I was just giving some guy heat for calling these engines "junk", but your story really sounds more like a customer service issue rather than motor. Most anything can be fixed if someone wants it fixed. I would be so bummed to be without my bike and and then have the same occurrance - has Buell's Customer Service left you high and dry, or is this just the local dealership at work? |

im no longer going to get mad, the lawyers are handling my issues now. it sucks that it had to come down to this. buell customer service still to this day is and has been very helpful. unfortunatly, being kind to someone via the phone doesnt fix my motorcycle. and who is to say if the dealership fixes it again that it is just going to break down again in 500 miles. its not only heartbreaking to have such a mean looking motorcycle sitting in your driveway, and not running...but the embarrasment that i went thru when i was riding it in a parade just the other day and it broke down...i had to push it past all these girls and thats never fun...hehe |

I hope you get something figured out. It's to bad that your experience with your Buell was not a good one. It sounds like you really like the bike and what it is about, but you are just frustrated because it is always broken down. I'm sure I would feel the same way. Good luck! |

I'm sorry DJ, but I have little sympathy. In fact I find your latest incredulous claim concerning legal action laughable. Your history here is not encouraging and is well documented. I'm no legal expert, but I would estimate that there is no way in heck that you will ever have even the remotest chance of winning ANY kind of legal action concerning problems with your motorcycle. Namely due to the facts of your case, most pertinently for instance your prior statements here such as... LOL since this post ive done wrecked the bike, both rims are bent and scratched to hell n back" My friendly counsel to you is to sell the bike, part it out, sell it to a racer, whatever, just get rid of it and get over it.
