Has anyone tried these out yet on a Buell? I'm trying to find out if they have the same turn in advantages as the regular Diablos. I commute 80 miles a day, mostly interstate. I don't want to give up much in edge grip on my days off, but don't like wearing out tires in 2000 miles when I rack up miles as quick as I do when the weather is good. Any advice? I'm getting ready to go to work so I may not get back to this until morning.

Put it on the back at the end of last season and all I can say is look at the tread depth! Can't say for wear, but they are the extended mile tire. As for grip, they are as good as the stock 207 that was on there if not better.

I LOVE the Stradas, they are going on again now that my Pilot Sports are worn out. The diablo tires need to be warmed up for a few miles, but after that they stick very well.

I think the Diablo Strada's ROCK. I have had them for over 3000 miles, and they still look damn good. Should get at least 6K, maybe 7K miles out of them. I ride hard in the twisties and have been very pleased with the level of grip they offer, my chicken strips are non-existant and my peg feelers have some scars. For a touring tire that you can get some decent miles out of, they are outstanding and plenty sticky. Oh, plus you can find them on eBay for cheap..

But.. I will be putting Pilot Powers on my bike later this spring to try them out. I have heard of people getting 5K miles out of a set and their dry grip is phenominal. Rode an R6 with Powers and was blown away by the grip they offer.

Buy the rear, get the front for free:

I ordered the rear from SW Moto tires. Mailed in a printed copy of the invoice and they did approve it.

I have a set of Contisport attacks in the mail as we speak. I rode a friends bike with them and loved them. They were 215.00 delivered to my door.
