Picked it up so I have something to ride while I wrench on the Buell. What a different ride...I can't wait till it's broken in so I can see 9K! TK |

I got one for a few days, not impressed with the power, the ride is OK, not great, and feels like a big hammock on the highway. From 75 to 120 it did quite well, and just as smooth at 120 as it is at 70. And I cant not get my boot under the shift lever. And sucks up the gas Does that one have a few more ponies than the regular one? I do like the look of yours! Very nice |

Hey Dave, the night rod is rated at 120hp. 104-106rwhp usually stock. Nothing a turbo wont fix. There are several really nice kits out there that bump output to 160rwhp on stock engine. We'll see, still have to break it in. I had a problem with my logger-style boots when I first rode it too...couldn't get it under shifter. Switched to my low-pros and no problems anymore. I'm also going to add the "tallboy" seat...extra 1.5" leg room. TK |

Looks good with all of that black and chrome. There really isn't to much to do to that bike the way it sits. It probably would look sick with black forks and the lip of the wheels polished. That is probably the only Harley I would take a serious look at if I was considering a new bike. |

Thats funny... higher seats on the HD, and lower seats fer the Buells! That just might be the ticket to make the V-Rod much more comfortable. Are the shocks easily adjustable like the Buells? |

I'm leaning towards the Street Rod being the HD I would buy. Course, the price is still waaaaaaaay to high for me. Maybe one day. |

Sweet ride. A friend just bought a Street Bob, and I am still looking at a Road King, since I need something comfortable for the wife to ride with me on. |

Dave, not sure about the shocks, haven't even really looked for an adjustment yet...rides good for me so far. Ryan, sat on the streetrod and it was def. sportier. I may swap bars, however, kind of defeats the purpose of the "cruiser" purchase. TK |

Thanks guys. I'm already mod shopping for it. It's def. a disease, and I'm not denying it! Snackbar - not sure if it'll out run either...don't think it'll beat one 1/4 mile stock...it's heavy. 606lbs dry I think. Top end though, pretty sure guys have run low 140's stock with the new 28 tooth fronts. With the old 30 tooth, should go 150's. My Ss seems to want to run out of gear around 135. Chief - you can never have too many I've just discovered. TK |
