At the end of every season (October-ish) I carefully clean and condition my leathers, hang them on a good quality hangar in a suit cover in a warm (not too warm) dry place. Despite all this care, when I put the leathers on again at the start of the next season (March-ish)...they have shrunk badly!!! This problem has become worse over the past ten or so years. Is this as a result of some sort "conspiracy" on the part of the manufacturers...or what the hell is going on? Am I the only one to experience this problem? |

The real question is here. How does the leather know to only shrink around the waistband and not in length? How do it know? |

Deja-vu. Wasn't this a topic last January!!? Put the leathers on every couple of weeks and go play in the yard. |
