Number 1 of all is obviously DAVES at HD/Buell of Appleton, WI. Beyond DAVES, the following dealers will go out of their way to help Buell riders: HD/Buell of Port Charlotte, FL HD/Buell of Crystal River, FL HD/Buell of Ormand Beach, FL Each of these dealers contributed in helping me find an obscure part......a sidestand pivot bolt. This is an $8 part, and all of these dealers worked to help me find it for my XB12R. I know that there are a lot of HD dealers that get negative reviews on Buell service, but each of these dealers genuinely care about helping Buell riders. If you ever find yourself needing a part, give them a call. They are the BEST! | ||

Ha ha, I never thought id hear Joplin Buell/H-D on this site. I'm from springfield and have to say they are the best in the area unless you get up to KC at Worth HD, they rock too. HD of Springfield really doesn't want anything to do with us Buell guys it seems. | ||

Thunder Road in Windsor Ontario, went the extra mile to get the 06 Hero Blue CityX they had on order changed to a Kick Ash, timing was very close but they got it done and now the wife using her current leathers won't look like a box of crayons going down the road! Otherwise I like the blue. | ||

Daves I know that it is. It just seems that when there is a thread about bad dealership experiences it will stay at the top of the page for weeks, and if someone says something good about dealership experiences and it disappears faster than you can blink. | ||

The sales guys at Semi-Valley HD were cool, they even let me exchange the stock CityX seat with the low cg seat. My XB9SX gets serviced at California HD in Harbor City. Excellent service, worth every penny. Sales team there seem pretty eager to sell Buell and they have a decent display setup. | ||
