Im a rider and not a wrencher so help me out here guys. i am getting ready to order a new buell and am looking for the trickest and most worth while mods i can make. it may sound bad but money isnt really an issue ive been working in baghdad for over two years now. most important to me are the engine mods what out there is worth the money and gives the best results? then comes wheels, tires, intake, exhaust, sliders, bar mirrors, and have not decided on exchanging the swing arm for a chain drive. any and all help will be great. cool pics wont hurt either. thanks |

all motor it seems up to 150hp can be extracted from these engines. I would like to see a turbo model maybe custom built and over 200hp |

150 would be perfect. as long as it doesnt effect the ride. i was looking at a supercharged ZX10R. 230HP. damn thats alot of muscle in a bike under 400lbs. |

The right tool for the job i say.150hp from a H-D motor is shaky and really pushes the limits of reliability.Be careful.I once owned a grenade motor. Now i just also stable a,err, superbike. |

Hey chief so whats up do you want a xb to just show off to people or to ride day in and day out. Because if you want insane horse power and stuff like that than the buell might not be for you. After being around here for a wile now, I have read enough post to know that I am going to keep the internals of my motor stock. Especially if your not a wrencher I would not advise you to get into the bore kits. The bike will be ever harder to tune then = more problems = less ride time. I have a 9s with the regular mods and it is fun. Dont expect someone to build you a high horse xb motor with out a huge price tag. Go and ride a few peoples bikes with mods before you go and tear into a brand new machine. good luck |

Yeah i was thinking the same stuff guys. i maybe looking for to much. i do want to a bike i can ride.... and show off im getting lots of good stuff here. so right now as it stands im looking at the race ECU, drummer exhaust, new wheels and rubber, and im really thinking that the addition of a new airbox to top it off. not to mention lots of cosmetic mods and or paint. thanks again and keep the ideas coming. |

What do you want to do with the wheels? There realy isn't an aftermarket for XB wheels because the stock ones are about as good as it gets. You can get them dipped or powdercoated, but that is about it. |
