Has anyone seen a turn signal that looks something like this that might fit the XB9r... this turn signal is almost perfect but the treaded part looks a little too large...I could always drill the whole larger but I had doing things to my bike that I can't un-do... let me know... thanx Kokko http://photos.imageevent.com/bikeguy/ebay/signals/flush/websize/LB-4149W-3.jpg http://photos.imageevent.com/bikeguy/ebay/signals/flush/websize/LB-4149W-4.jpg http://photos.imageevent.com/bikeguy/ebay/signals/flush/websize/minicateyestats. jpg |

Just so you know they are not DOT legal. Meaning you are giving the cops a reason to pull you over and you can get a ticket for them if the cop feels like it. I have the sorta of the same lights on my XB except there are more of an oval shape and have two filaments one tiny and one larger. Yes the thread part is very large. No way you could drill a hole that big where the stock blinkers are. Mine are install under the tail section and on the full fairing for fronts. I have disconnected them and install some other blinkers also non DOT but at least they look like they are. (Message edited by firewhirl on November 04, 2005) |
