hmmmmm. sorry about that. perhaps a smaller, cheaper dirtbike would be more fun to play games on? for myself, i find a lot of fun in thrashing a XR250, even ran it in the 125 novice and vet B classes a few times at a couple local motocross tracks. lots of fun. use my XB for riding to and from work, and some weekend road trips. seems like it makes sense to me to have a couple different bikes for different missions. |

It always brings a little tear to my eye when another virgin loses his cherry. Good to know you're ok for the most part. Keep practicing. Infact, now's the time to practice...while she's ugly. |

Johnparts, did the same thing to mine last week in a parking lot. Didn't break my finger, but busted up the left side of the bike. Good luck rebuilding and healing. |

That thing on Erik was on the ULY...apparently. It turned out there was bottled water in one or more of the hard luggage bags and it moved when the bike changed angles...that cause the bike to move in a way not expected and so "something" happened. (Message edited by lovematt on October 23, 2005) |

Alright I give up...I believe I read that in either Fuell or another magazine. From what I remember it was a package of many water bottles. Don't mean to upset anyone...just conveying what have read...I know I certainly wouldn't make up anything like that. If I am wrong then I will own up to it...I just remember something about it is all. (Message edited by lovematt on October 23, 2005) |

Yeah, uh, same thing here! When I crashed my bike it was because I had some water bottles... and uh... some tools... in the bags, and uh, they like shifted or something so I went down and it was totally not my fault at all and happened ONLY because of the water bottles and stuff.... yeah... that's it! |

When I looped mine a couple of days ago I think I saw a guy drinking a bottle of water. At the time I thought it was just me and I screwed up, but know it's all making sense. It must have been that guy with the bottle of waters fault.
