Ok, out of curiosity. In this list of cars. How do you think the XB 9 and 12 would fare? Both in stop light to stop light and also in the 1/4 mile. Subaru WRX 2005 Mustang GT |

I would say you would take the 'stang but the WRX off the line might eat you alive being AWD and having the turbo spooled up. |

Yep.... Those WRX'es can be easily modded/upgraded to be scary quick, and you can't tell from the outside. |

Nah, I played with WRX on the M2. He could maybe get a car length, but by top of first, I could have been way ahead. As far as for quarter mile, the Mustang would be the closest, about ten to fifteen car lengths in the rear. The WRX would be another five to eight car lengths behind that. Buells are good for at least high twelves, where stock Mustangs run high thirteens and the WRXs run mid fourteens. Now, you did not say WTX STi. THe STi is faster than a Mustang GT and would end up as close as five car lengths at the end of a quarter. |

I know for a fact that my 9s could not beat my resent toy I just sold to buy the bike. I heavily modded 95 awd talon. My best at the track was 12.4 @110 but the best part is that I was pulling 1.6 60' times |

Buells are good for at least high twelves..... I have pulled a 12.06 on a 12 with race kit and that was with a near full tank and my 200lbs driving. That was last year, did not make it to the track all that much this year, im sure i could have hit 11.?? i can launch realy good now (Message edited by rageonthedl on October 17, 2005) |
