I am racing at Daytona in October. Any ideas on where to camp? I will have a 34 foot camper and need electric. Ideally I would between Main street and the track. I am open for suggestions. Thanks Michael |

Hi Michael! I go every March and stay to the east of the Speedway next to the airport. Its called Racetrack R/V. They have power, water, and pump the tanks as part of your fee. I have stayed there for 5 years now. Their website is www.racetrackrv.com or call them at 1-877-RVRACIN. Also the Daytona Speedway has hookups in the infield now. You need to check out Daytona Int'l Speedway website for more info. I checked it out last year and the sites were all asphalt, looked good. Hope this helps. |

Its a couple of miles northeast of the track. No camping close to it. Take a small street legal bike or I'm sure you will meet up with someone that has a car to go to Main Street, it never sleeps, kinda like Las Vegas. Although I haven't been there in October. Hope you do well in the races too! |
