Try this site http://www.expressmounts.com/ its where I put together a camera / Gtech timer mount for my 12S you might be able to find something similar

Thanks for the tip, but I'm already familiar with that website, and in fact I got my laptop mount in my car from them.

I'm looking for this specific item so if anyone has seen it before let me know please. This was at last years American Sport Bike barbeque and I asked around but the owner of this bike was not to be found for some reason. It has been more than a year of searching the internet via google and yahoo! etc. I'm starting to think this guy might have been a machinist and made it himself...?

www.ram-mount.com is the closest I've seen to what you're after.

how many of you guys are running radar detectors? is it distracting and can you even hear it when you need it?

I have my Ram Mount already and I'll be running an Escort X50 with an earplug until I can justify the wireless/LED deal in the helmet.
