I was thinking of changing the color of my 9r (white) to maybe black. I know this has been done before and wanted to know if it was cheaper/easier to swap the plastic for new stuff or have it painted. Any thoughts. |

I painted my black XB9s with color change paint that came in spray cans. Now about 9 months later it still looks great and don't regret it a bit.

<~~Formerly blue XB9R in the profile. I need to get some new pictures taken. New plastics cost something like $650-$700 from Daves (a year ago). Considering that I now have an old set to 'wear' at the track, I'm happy with the investment. Won't chip or turn out funky colors, either! |
