I was reading a posting a few weeks back about how the XB brakes are good but the shortness of the bike didn't allow for shortest braking distances. I am curious if Buell has improved the XB braking distance on the Ss due to the longer wheelbase. | ||

Probably. Although whether that was in the 'list of things to do' only they can answer. The bike will brake harder without lifting the front for sure. Did the weight increase? If so that will have had some effect, probably not enough to cause any degradation. |
