dam you man! lol nice pics looks like fun roads and nice temps for riding. I used to live in nor cal up by willows chico area and the roads up there are the best, but now I live in NJ brick area and not only are the roads strait and flat your not allowed to make left turns. dam it I need to win the lottery so I can move back |

Not true at all! We have plenty of twisties in Jersey. Mostly chicane turns followed right away by short decreasing radius sweepers. Otherwise known as the "Jug Handle". If you've never been to Jersey they don't like to allow left turns. Make you go around these little jug handles to the right in order to turn left. I feel for you Hundo. Took me awhile to get used to the area. I spent the last couple weekends up in the mountains around the Delaware Water Gap. Not to shabby at all. Hardly running my boat at all, this Buell is a drug for sure. Back on topic. Looks awesome Koot! I love mountain roads with turns and elevation changes. |

Geoff, Don't want to get into a urination contest but I have roads like that, and better, ONE mile from my home ! Tyson, ..and you only have to ride north an hour or so into the Catskills (Message edited by buelluk on July 28, 2005) (Message edited by buelluk on July 28, 2005) |

I can't find my pics of my favorite local road. So here's a map of it, Wolf Pen Gap. There are more good maps of my playground here |

Buelluk and Glitch, I know there are lots of places with roads as good or better than here--no I don't wanna start a , I was just looking at some photos I took during some recent rides and felt the desire to share! (and gloat a bit...). Thing is, on this board there is a lot of discussion of performance mods--but I'd rather spend time riding my bike as it is than modding it! Maybe during the winter, but then I'd have to give up skiing time... I'd be interested to see some pics of where all you other guys ride. One question, though--no left turns in Jersey? At all? Hmmm...guess that takes care of the single most common motorcycle collision (car turning left across the rider's path)--or does it? |

Not fighting, only sharing. My pics are all over the BadWeB. Here's some from HWY60 |

Telewoodski--hey, you're from Idaho, we're almost neighbours! (just look north, and a wee bit west) From your user name, I assume you do a bit of tele skiing; I do a bit of that every now and then myself... |

Rubdoggy, It's from a magazine article someone posted last year. There is one of a Firebolt, not quite the same as the one I have, but close. I'll try and find it for you. And yes, I added the South Park guy. |

I ran Wolf Pen Gap rd. Wednesday and I could swear I got a little queasy, either from the curves, or the excitement, I couldn't tell if it was motion sickness or elation. Most days during the week, there are zero cars on that road. |

Absolutely! My trailer is finally prepped and ready to go. I can't wait to take it across country, and can't think of a better reason. |

No better reason! Wolf Pen Gap is about 1/8 of a mile from T.W.O., where we hold March Badness. |

I'm trying to line something up for this fall right now. The new Ulysses will be on the Demo truck. As soon as the first one arrives, I will be in the woods scouting trails for off road demos. |

Thanks, Bake. Yeah, the road to Kaslo's sweet (that's my pic #2 above...). Glitch--wow. That Wolf Pen Gap looks great! I also liked the pics you linked to further above. Someday...except that, as Bake says, I'd have to cross a lot of prairie to get there... |
