Was comparing the XBs and from looks only. Perhaps the tails sections can be swapped. This would create some neat combos for people to mix up. I like the X just the way it is. Perhaps in about 2 years I'll get myself a nice used one. |

or even the X bike with the shorter front forks and lower rear end. For those that like a lower bike... I just hope Buell made it so as most of the part can be swapped |

Imagine the shorter swing arm on the current models with that long tail section. Function definetly before form, IMO. Might look wierd, but my wife would like the added comfort. |

I'll bet some of the XB--S riders will be looking into installing the XB12X fairing/windshield for a little more wind protection. |

Nadz: IMO, it won't REALLY be getting started until someone photoshops some clip ons and Pirellis onto a lowered Ulysses... |

I think the XB12X with City X seat/tail and screen would make a good full on supermoto |

Funny you should mention it, whodom- I've been wondering about the 12X fairing on my 9S since the first photo... Also wondering about the longer rear hugger with the "lip"! (Message edited by rarebird on July 26, 2005) |

I suspect DaveS is going to be almost as busy selling O6 parts (fairings, tails, swingarms, transmissions, etc.) as he is going to be selling 06 bikes! That's a cool thing about these bikes: the ability to mix and match parts to get what you want. |
