It has Bridgestone tires. It looks to be in a fairly public place. It "seems" to say Bimota in the background. It looks more like something from Bimota. Looks like they're using the engine as the frame and it has a front and rear subframe for the tires. Neat idea! Should reduce weight, but it is just another stress on an engine. I would be scared to ride a wheelie on something like that!
