I just finished putting on my Drummer and taking it for a ride. All I can say is WOW, my bike sounds awesome and pulls sooo much better than with the Jardine on it. Thank you Kevin, this pipe is awesome and will be the only pipe I will own from now on. Matt |

Well I might as well put in my .02c too. I've had the Drummer (loud) installed on my XB12 for the past month. I have not yet done the air filter or ECM, but the bike runs just fine nonetheless, pulling well throughout the rev range. The fit was perfect, the workmanship great, and the exhaust note is absolutely killer, deep and ballsy. How loud? Not quite loud enough to set off car alarms or get the neighbors shorts in a wad, but still plenty loud. Probably at the limit for civilized use. But as I say, the sound is really satisfying, and perfectly in character with the XB--- that is to say, somewhat, uh, rude! Thanks Kevin. |

I fitted a second hand Drummer fatlet the other week at first the 'bolt(xb9s) ran a bit wooley and didn't sound crisp, but after riding it just got better & better the sound and power is just so much better than with the race can pulls from zero with power all the way. Kev you did a brilliant job!!! don't muck about with all the other stuff just Get a Drummer!!!! Im saving for the Carbon can Now! |
