I know that the purple wire on the ECM is the O2 line. But I'd rather not tap into factory harness. Plus I am not sure if the signal to the ECM has been altered by the PC. o2 lines go to the PCIII and then the PCIII sends a signal to the ECM via the purple line. So do I need to get the signal before the PCIII, if so which of the four wires? White,Black, Red, Purple. Or tap into the wire after the PCIII? |

if you want to see the afv you should tap the o2 before the pc3 so you get a 'raw' signal. what type of gauge? i am looking at the wide band o2 sensors. |

I used an AutoMeter gauge. And the 4 wire o2 sensor. I assume that I can tap the purple wire on the PCII harness. \b does anybody know for which is the raw lead from the o2 sensor?} John, read this post and you might not want to spend the extra cash on a wideband-- http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/3842/16109.html?1118430484 |
