Im looking to get an old set of my windshield and tank painted. I want to get it metal flake blue. A little darker than what you have. I also live in Woodbridge and brought it to a couple places around here. No autobody place wants to touch them because of possibly the paint coming off down the road. If your friend does this on the side, I would love to drop my stuff off to him because your stuff came out great. Thanks for the help. Lee |

Lee- Are you familiar with Street Effectz/Sign Effectz on St Georges Ave in Colonia? Thats my shop. Stop in next week and check out the paint. The parts are there, unfortunately the bike is not. If you see a white Chevy Colorado in the parking lot I'm there. You can check out the paint and I can get you in touch with the painter. He works at a shop down the street. Its name should be familiar to you. |

Absolutely gorgeous job your painter has done there. Good choice in colors as well. You should strongly consider some paint protection for the "touch points" of the cover and other parts. |

I plan on using some clear paint protection film on the chin spoiler and airbox cover. Stop in anytime this week. If the white Colorado is in the lot I'm there. Just ask for Brian. Has anyone painted their silver wheels with success? or is powdercoating the only way to go? I had planned on getting a new set of tires soon so I guess now would be the best time to put some color on the rims. |

Sorry I haven't been able to reply sooner. For those who wanted to know how much, I was told a 2 color paint job similar to mine would cost $500. I was told there is more prep involved than normal when painting the flexible plastics. |
