I'm pulling my plugs tomorrow to see if there are fouled and so on. Just got e wondering what plugs everyone else is using. Did you stick with stock? Did you go with the Buell pro series? or do you use some other kind from napa, checkers, or pep boys? Aaron

Aaron, I am running the pro series. No complaints. By the way Cycle City has offered to back a local BRAG Chapter. We are going to be sending out flyers to see if we can get enough interest. Shawn |

Shawn, That sounds great. Just one problem for me, I only have 16 days left in the ARMY!!! 18 days left on island!! Well ok maybe not a problem but you see what I mean about the chapter. If there is anything I can do to help before I leave please let me know. I'm trying to find out if Tampa, FL has a chapter yet. If not how hard is it to get one started? Anyways we have got to meet up and go ridding before the 5th of May.(they come to take my house hold goods and bike) Aaron

Hey, y'all, I'm actually taking apart the bike to do the plugs. Yesterday I went to the Buell parts counter and said "gimme some pro-series plugs". They had 'em but suggested that I run the stock H-D Sportster 1200 plugs (PN: 10R12A). Five bucks a pair, instead of 7.50 each. Said something about the compression on the 12R likes these plugs better. Any comments while I go pull the old ones out? -NadZ |

yes, i am quite sure that the 10R12A will work very well, never had a problem with mine. ran the originals 9800 miles, looked like they were still new. |
