When I changed my blinkers to the Kellerman1000s they were blinking twice as fast a stock. I did a search and saw that some were using load equalizers and other were changing their relays. Then I remembered a trick that I would use in high school to make high speed flashers for my friends. Anyway, to make a long story short. I opened the flasher unit and changed the capacitor. The original was 4.7uf. I replaced it with a 10uf. Doubling the time it takes to charge and cutting the flash rate in 2.
