They will not be racing this year until the end of the year they will be doing some testing. Kinda sucks...

Innovative AKA Racing Motorcycles dot com, were the owners of the Kosco bike last year and are running the show for that bike this year under their own banner. It was my understanding but I may have misread when Rich Conrath of Innovative was talking about the upcomng season that Barnes was riding for them.
