Author Message   Buelltroll Posted on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 - 06:42 pm:        I was looking through a truck accessory mag for some underhood dress up carbon fiber for my truck and it said cf needs special polish,regular cleaning stuff will dull and discolor it. Anyone heard of or had this happen or is it just a way for them to sell you on the polish?   Black_sunshine Posted on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 - 07:02 pm:        If you have CF that has a clear coat it will yellow over time from UV damage depending on what type of resin that was used. I would just use a good quality clear coat polish on a regular basis.
