did a search, wow, now ime askin', whats used to insulate the airbox base, seems like a good idea.have seen a pic , but cannot find it. |

This is a picture of how I insulated my air box. I used 3m flu tape for fireplaces. I got it at a hardware store for about 10 bucks. Seems to work well. There are others that have made their own. Like Odie. Search for odies name from the past three months and you should find a thread about his airbox.Good luck. If you have any questions just let me know. |

You could maybe copy this idea using some old pot holders or something. The price for the one shown was in euros so I'm not sure how much in US. |
