I have an idea for a great exhaust combination, a drummer can with the monster primary pipes from the Ti-Force system. |

Trojan offers some equal length headers. http://www.britnett.net/Trojan-Horse Products/listings/472.html |

Equal length is bad on a 45 degree single crank journal engine... |

Isn't the force header pretty close to an equal length header. At least they are closer to equal length than the stock piece. |

"pretty close" is a LOT different than equal. You'll notice that the collector is longer on the stock pipe as well... (or was it the other way around?) |

Equal length is bad on a 45 degree single crank journal engine... Don I've heard Bubba say that too, exactly how unequal do the lengths have to be and according to who? This puzzles me. |

It's about scavenging I think. You want the one cylinder's negative pressure wave to help scavenge the opposite cylinder. The timing of the "secondary scavenging" is based on the length of the headers and the length of the collector. I could be wrong, but as I recall I heard that from a good source . |

No sense in messing with perfection when you can use the stock header and put a D&D on it and have 2 cans side by side and the X pipe in the header... www.kdfab.com |
