Ok, I bought an 1125CR at the shutdown. Thought it was an amazing bike but I'm an old guy, couldn't use it as it wanted to be used and sold it. I've had over 60 different bikes in my life and this is one of the few I've really missed and wanted back. So I've been shopping for a clean '08 1125R to experience the slight variation on what I had. Anyway, so I've been back on this board but am somewhat puzzled at the lack of activity. Back when I had my (many) Buells, there were always some lively topics being discussed. Now, almost nothing. Has everybody given up on these things? Too tough/expensive to keep running due to parts availability? Have they all died? Is picking up a used 1125 a really stupid idea? Is everybody out riding and they're all perfectly reliable now? Is there some other forum/group that has taken over for Buell discussions? I'll probably get one anyway, but it is a little puzzling/concerning. yeah.......the 2 main buellmforums on the net have fallen by the wayside. Lots of activity on the Facebook pages {including bad weather on Facebook} Buell still has a fantastic and large following |

Hmm ok, thanks. Guess I'll have to go start hanging out over there. Although personally I find facebook groups to kinda suck compared to a good forum. |

I've still got my 2008 1125r. I'm 69 (if you include my womb time ) and am riding it more than ever. Once in a while have a leg/hip cramp, but after several minutes of putting said leg out in the breeze, it goes away. Farcebook doesn't appeal to me. Enjoy your new ride. |

Things have been pretty quiet here. I don't Face-Twit-Insta, at all. I was in secure communications when I was a working person. I don't trust those folk, at all. Anyway, I took the 1125 out for a romp today. It doesn't like starting when it's cold. That's 50F here. Felt really good to turn the ponies loose for a while. And I'm 78. |

Geez you guys are making me feel like a young buck at 64! I guess it's not such a ridiculous thing to be re-purchasing! |

I just returned Yesterday from a Road trip to East coast, picked up my 7th Buell, or my 1st EBR? I am 56 & looking forward to some track days this year & 2 races. |

Ok looks like I'm the pup here at 52. Glad to see fellow enthusiasts giving feedback. I was on the hunt for a 1125 again also and either out of my price range or so far away. Ended up buying a S1W again. Last one was about 10 years ago. Needs work but I love it for what it is. Great machine. Thought I was content and now looking for a 1125 again. I'd like to have a CR this time. Two M2's and the S1W make 3 Buells now. Just one more? Thats ok right ?! |

Seems about right. 1190SX 1190RX XB12R and XB9S - so, yeah! Sold the 1125R after 2 yeas with the 1190RX. Never has a tuber. |

At my Buell peak, I had 1125CR, XB9R, XB12SS, X1, S3T, and even a Blast. All at the same time. Currently none, but actively looking to fix that! |

I haven't been on here in at least six months. I mostly browse forums if I have something wrong or want to upgrade. My 1125R has been neglected this year--I spent more time riding my '99 VFR800 and '14 Vmax, which wasn't much riding time at all. Decided to pop in tonight to see what was going on. |
