Turned 68 the other day, usually I go out on my B-day and get a good rip on the Cr and before that the 12R... try to double my age in speed,,, getting scarey on public road but a local farmer buddy has a nicely paved lane over a half mile straight until I gotta slow down. I can use for giggles with permission... weather sucked over the weekend here and roads were soaked but today, today I got to grab some 10,0000 rpm shifts on the Cr from stop to 5th and hit my mark plus on this beastie,,, Ima happy old man, then took out the Sx and did the same,,, Ima really happy old man,,, thanks Erik Buell! |

Very good! Happy Birthday! Quite impressive to hear how you celebrate. I am turning 60 next Feb. I still have my XB12r and 1125r and enjoy ripping on both when the road allows. Now retired. Hope I can get back to spending more time on them. I always said that Buells are for people with age, experience, and wisdom. |

Age, wisdom and experience? Wonder what's my excuse then? |

If you're riding a Buell as its built for, then you have experience! Or luck for a short time! |
