Anybody know how much the Helicon motor weighs? That'd be without manifolds, throttle bodies and starter. |

Found an answer. It's 180lbs, or very close to that. Am looking to buy a replacement for my failed motor and am thinking I can save some shipping money by picking it up at freight depot. Will have to man handle it into and out of my car. |

I don't think it's that heavy? I mean, it's heavy... but a guy in fair shape could wrangle it in and out of a trunk if you had to. Any freight place should have a forklift though... I have great luck using Shipnex.com (no T) to get heavy stuff delivered. Give it a shot? |

Thanks Shoggin. Seller says it's 185 on pallet. Am going to see what I can do to negotiate. I've pulled a unitary motor/transmission before. Was a lot younger though. |
