Had a get off over a year ago which scratched and dented both the frame and swinger. I'm requesting the procedures to properly repair and what products to use to fill and sand. I have the blue paint.
I've never done any body work before.

Are you talking cosmetic damage or more serious because anything more serious, like it is bent or has holes in it, will require a massive amount of skill and ability that is not going to be cheap. If it is only cosmetic normal body work procedures apply, filling, undercoating and painting. Some pictures may help but your description "dented" does not bode well.

Yes, just scratches and dents. No holes. I guess I should go to body store and ask what products to use.
