Does this sight glass display oil level? If it does, then I understand it is not an add-on. Mine is an '08. I HATE the dip stick.

You are correct, that is for oil level on 2010s and EBRs. Not a something you can practically retrofit.

It could be done with a case swap. However, just adding it to the existing cases would be difficult and would require machining to accomplish.
