I want to mount a switch in the right controls where the heated grip control would be. Any idea if I could use a turn signal switch or if I would be better off going a different route? I want an on/off/on switch that looks stock. Is the heated grip switch a resistor to control heat levels? (Message edited by Imblasted on December 09, 2017) |

The stock controller has low and high setting. One position goes to half the element and one position goes to all of the heating element. It looks like a 3 wire plug that would do just that. There are quite a bit of Buell heated grip parts currently on your favorite auction site for cheap. ebay link (Message edited by terrys1980 on December 11, 2017) |

Okay, creepy! How did you know that was my favorite auction site?! I have been searching for that part for far too long and I feel dumb for not putting Ulysses when searching. Edited bc I can’t read (Message edited by Imblasted on December 11, 2017) |
