So I dumped my bike last Thursday. The frame sliders did there job preventing more damage but the clutch cover puck didn't do shit. After i get a new clutch cover im gonna make a new puck. Any thoughts as to making it out of aluminium just thicker, or keep the dimensions and make it out of steel. Other thoughts, need to get a starring damper... Anyone have a Keda RT3 they wanna sell? I have a tuned ECU for it. -isaac |

Also, if anyone wants one while I'm in manufacturing mode just ask. I'm gonna make both sides. |

Please note the existence of molded CF shields that address the same issue. In point of fact they are required at many race tracks to prevent oil contamination of the race track after crashes. New pucks won't resolve the issue, those covers do. |

+1 on those covers. They're stupid expensive but the best protection. Back when American Sportbike was in business I bought a clutch puck that was not Harley, it was after market. A bit cheaper, worked great. |

I'm running Trex, they fit pretty good. I'd imagine they would fit the 1125 as well as the 1190

Mallott - cheaper than the Taylor? I prefer the sleek look of the Taylor...but not the price! |

If you make a couple of the aluminum (or steel) covers I would be in for one. Previous owner had laid the bike down and the cap is gone now. |
