Only difference is between the non-cat model (49 states, Australia, Canada) and the cat model (Kali, England, France, Europe, HDI). Headers were slightly different between '08 and '09, but both models show the same part number in '09. Edited to add : Sorry, I type slow. Didn't mean to step on your post.
