I'm confused. Is this part of a factory fairing kit? What does the full product look like? All I could find online was aftermarket set ups. Also would these work with my bike as I have a Firebolt front end on mine? (Message edited by DanoZ34 on November 07, 2015) | ||

The factory offered a side fairing kit. Retail was about $500, as I recall. Now, Harley is pretty good, imo, about offering component replacement parts. In this case, I've posted above the list of sub-parts that's included in the factory installation parts. Included in that parts list are the actual panels themselves, which are what get damaged in a crash. I don't know if the brackets and other parts are available or not. Me, I've probably got 3 sets from various wrecks, so to get replacement panels is huge | ||

According to one dealer I checked with before buying a NIB set, the last retail price for a kit was around $595. There were just a few kits available nationwide, and he said he'd be surprised if you could buy a complete kit for the last posted retail price. This dealer didn't have one in stock, so there was no reason for him to pull my leg. It never occurred to me to search for the kit components... | ||

they use the main fairing mounting holes with a couple spacers I'll put some pics up | ||

yes, I bought a main fairing as well. Some pics of the brackets, spacers and piece that joins the two fairing 1/2's together, and the heat shield         | ||
