Trying to remove the rotor, yes I have the rotor nut removed. Anyone removed with out the special tool. I have read where most slide off with ease. Well not this one. Thanks! |

You could try a bearing puller, but mine just slid off |

autozone, advance, or something like that will have a bearing or flywheel puller. might try a couple light tapps.comaround the rim with a rubber mallet. mine came right off after.removing nut. dont use more than rubber or wooden mallet. good luck |

You can get a propane torch and heat it up. You might have loctite still holding it on. |

Remove rotor nut, start bike, rotor off. Don't listen to me. I'm full of crap. Mine was stuck on too when I replaced my sprag clutch last year. A couple of light taps going around the perimeter of the rotor with a very soft rubber mallet took it off. Time and patience. |
