quote:As easily as mine came off, there's no way it was at 300ftlbs from the factory though.
It wasn't, spec was beefed up and the threadlocker type was changed later in the production run due to the nuts coming loose. |

Hi everyone just to let you know I just received the EBR camshaft locking tool part#C2120.1B6 from Belllevue Motorsports in WA.This is the right tool for the job fits perfect.Took a while to get as they to order it from EBR they ship it to WA and they had to ship it to me in Canada, sucks that there are no EBR dealers in Canada. The tool was about $90.So for anyone who wants one your local EBR dealer can get it for you |

Just now getting around to fitting an the oil-jet rotor. Ordered the EBR rotor tonight, will goto ASR for the nut... sounds like I should beg some loctite and borrow a crank locking tool. "May I please borrow a crank locking tool for a Buell 1125 motor?" I'm in Portland, Oregon. Enough buellers 'round here maybe I can get a tutoring lesson too? Comfortable working conditions in my garage. Food. Growlers. |

We can still get them through Twin Motorcycles if any of you want to own one for yourself. We don't have any in stock right now but can get them in about a week or 2. They're on our site for purchase. |
