I have three race wheels for sale, as I'm raising some money for an endurance campaign for next year on the 1125. Each of these wheels is set up for the EBR 1125r chain drive kit based on the 1190RS swing arm. They can be converted to the pre-2013 1125r or XB chain kit with just an exterior spacer change. They can be converted to 1125r or XB belt drive with a bearing swap. Wheel #1: PVM Forged Aluminum 17x5.5 $1,000 -------------------------------------------- Very sweet, very hard to come by PVM wheel in Forged Aluminum. Ordered direct from the factory at a landed cost of over $2,000. (Ouch). Wheel includes EBR competition brake rotor and 43, 44 and 45 (brand new) sprockets. Titanium bolt hardware completes the package. This wheel has about 2 seasons of race duty in both belt drive and chain drive applications. You can see the wear on the finish from mounting what's probably been 50 rear tires on this thing! It's a great wheel. It's light compared to stock, but not quite as light as the Mg wheels, although much more durable. Street legal. The new owner should replace the bearings, although it's completely serviceable now. I know the ask is high, but these are hard to come by and rarely ever come up used. Bona fide offers considered. http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/PVM-1 .jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/PVM-1 .jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/PVM-1 .jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/PVM-1 .jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/PVM-1 .jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/Sproc kets.jpg Wheel #2: EBR DSB-Era 17x5.5 (5.75?) Mg Wheel $600 -------------------------------------------------- - This wheel was ordered from EBR after the close of Buell, and has moderate race duty on it. Cosmetically, these came from the factory less than perfect, and this one shows the typical additional wear common in race applications. The bearings are in great shape and it's not suffered (yet) the drive-side bearing issues common on these wheels. Any buyer should know they are getting a Mg race wheel and one day it will need to have the journal sleeved. It's just a fact of life with cast Mg. The wheel comes complete with an EBR race rotor, titanium hardware and 43 and 44 aluminum Vortex sprockets. http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/MG-1. jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/MG-2. jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/MG-3. jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/MG-4. jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/MG-5. jpg http://jdugger.com/~jdugger/images/WheelSale/Sproc kets.jpg Wheel #3: EBR DSB-Era 17x5.5 (5.75?) Mg Wheel $600 -------------------------------------------------- - The same as #2 above, but with a curved valve stem. No photos of it, but very similar condition. Thanks! Jim |
