The search function is not working for me so here is my question. can you just bolt on the 1190rx tail section onto a 1125r, or are the mounting points different. I love the look of the 1190 tail and i think it would look amazing on a 1125r.

The subframe bolts up but the angle is different and I believe the reveal lines aren't even. I bet its very pricey too. You'll need the pan also.

I had that same thought. If EBR offered an upgrade kit to put the new bodywork on 1125s, they would have a tough time selling new bikes. Pods, fans, tank cover, tail, fairings, Im sure it would be thousands of dollars. But, the aesthetic difference would make it worth considering. I think just the tail would look too angular compared to the stock bodywork, though.

A hacksaw, welder, and some creativity can work wonders to make it work. Just depends how bad you want it.

Somebody here cast a reasonable facsimile in aluminum for their 1125 a few months ago. That thread shouldn't be too hard to find.
