Oke Dyno for the Buell 1125 Torque Hammer is finished. A nice flat Torque Curve that is the main reason we developed this exhaust not for the peak horse power and it should be a drivable exhaust sound wise and a 140 RWHP and 113 NM of Torque SAE corrected on the rear wheel. Now we are going to finish it design wise, and bring it in production. and off course we have a matching Fuel map for it. I also made a soundclip. In real live the sound is deeper and darker i think. AS you can see there is NO Torque Drop in the almost complete RPM Range which is awesome. More info here: http://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/artikelen.asp?cid=6& aid=439 |

What will be the price range for the exhaust, also would you consider making a full exhaust system? |

we are now looking at the finish of the exhaust and final design. No price yet. We try to keep it cheap. The headers replacement we already have. I like to test and see what a different header setup will do in the Torque range but thats for later. We have made replacement already look here: http://www.twinmotorcycles.nl/webshop/artikel.asp? guid=YXHFSC&aid=10709&cid=5154&s=&a=&aname=Buell_1 125R_and_1125CR_OEM_replacement_header |

That torque and hp curve is even sweeter. Check the Dyno chart on the link. |

No, we have a flatter torque curve in earlier rpm range and moer torque and the sheet you posted is uncorrected. The one i posted is SAE corrected that is always lower then uncorrected. Actually these are also 2 different bikes. We gained on our bike compared to the previous torque hammer tested on this bike a better result for HP and Torque. The original performed well but was... Well.... *cough* fugly *cough*. As long as you guys make it look semi attractive I would consider getting one if I didn't already have the EBR exhaust and he'll with a curve that flat I might still get it! |

not too dissimilar to my headers from a few years ago only problem is you have to cut a hole in the fairing

I would be very interested in one, also pending the looks. I would say your addition of allowing it to not be insanely loud would draw quite a few more customers in.. including me. Especially if you offer a matching fuel map. |

because we are in product development and then you always have testing fase with data. Some people like that amd some people dont (Message edited by easyrider on October 14, 2014) |

^ Yep. Same thing on buellxb.com and buelletinboard.com although sometimes the duplicate posts do get deleted by the mods on the other sites when they get too carried away with the spam posts. That's all the buelletinboard site has become lately, just a spamming ground for easy to let it rip. Between those sites and facebook, it gets pretty boring seeing the same crap all the time. I have pretty much stopped posting my stuff except for on my personal page on fb, I think I've shared only one exhaust system in the last few months to a couple of Buell groups. |

Guess I should have quoted the "Because we can" comment. Oh well, too late now. |

Ehhh, I don't have a problem with Easy posting about his shop's stuff--a thread or two each week hardly seems like spamming. Even though I'm not likely to be in the market for any of his wares, I'm glad to see that companies are still developing products and supporting the 1125s. |
