I have a friend not too far away from me who is one of the best upholstery guys I have ever met. He has a custom built drive thru garage built for building and upholstering cars and trucks. I talked to him not too long ago about making custom 1125 seats and he is curious what the market would be like. We were thinking about having some nice options on these seats such as: Custom padding made for you (either specified by you or stop by and have us lay it for you) Custom covering and stitching in your choice of color. Custom embroidery of logos or names Will match the rear seat to your specs. We would use your existing seat(s) and replace the padding and recover it to your specs. So would anyone be interested in anything like that? We hope to use my bike as a guinea pig sometime in the next few months. We did not talk in detail about pricing, but we will try and make it as reasonable as possible. We may even try to do other bikes in the future, depending on how this works out. |

I'll be honest, I'm in the market for a new seat. But ,unless you can beat current prices, I think it will be hard to sell. |

I went with the Saddle-man seat from American Sport Bike and it was WORLDS better than the stock seat for comfort. It will be hard to beat what American Sport Bike offers since you get a complete seat with no down time sending yours out, plus their price is very good: http://americansportbike.com/newdir/Category/1125C Rseats |

American Sport Bike/Saddleman is what i have. Also was tempted by the Baldwin options, but ultimately the $ of saddleman won. |
