I recall hearing some questionable results from that brand I'd stick to the good stuff, too important to screw around. Not like the EBC's are all that much $ |

i've had acceptable results with off brand sintered pads, but i've found the EBC's to be bestest i'd at least invest in a sintered set of pads |

I think I'm currently running them. They are alright. They don't squeak, they stop pretty good, and they only faded a little by the time I got to the bottom of Palomar Mountain. My biggest complaint is the amount of dust they create. They are pretty soft pads, so they haven't torn up my EBR rotor. But all the dust!!! I have to clean the front wheel AT LEAST once a week, or everything gets nasty. They aren't bad for the cost... But, I will not get them again. I got them to use on my XB a few years ago and never got to try them out. They do tend to leave some deposits on the rotor if you don't use them hard every now and again to keep the rotor clean. If you're only getting them to commute mostly, and occasional spirited riding, they're fine. I'll be replacing them with EBC HH pads from American Sport Bike next time. So, I'm trying to use them up as quickly as I can. All this being said, your mileage may vary. |
