I have had a nagging issue of throttle binding for a while ( since engine rotation )
and I could not find it,

today after replacing the battery I decided to try and remedy it and ran into a couple of issues and caught a serious mistake

you must remove the floor of the air box to rotate the engine, the process is straight forward, re-install is almost reverse.

I had binding after rotation and de-noid

I THOUGHT it was the IAC hose,

The linkage was dragging on the underside of the TB to box seal I missed it on quick visual inspection,

After assembling the air box sans the hose and still having the bind,
I pulled it apart again to find the scuff marks where the linkage of the forward TB drug on the underside of the seal,

The cause was that the TB had slipped out of its rubber hose I had not disturbed them at that location, at any time, but found the clamp loose

If you have throttle binding issue check that both bodies are fully seated in their rubber mount hoses on the intake manifolds,
AND that the CLAMPS are tight,

I caught mine, there is residue ( oil dust & crap ) present so I presume that unfiltered air may have entered the engine

there is a prescribed way to arrange the mounting clamps the bottom ones may be tightened with the bodies out of the way

the rear one(top) is easy to deal with the front one( TOP) is supposed to be pointed to the right side between the bodies,

I reversed mine placing it on the left side pointing forward You may find that its easier to get to

I hope that this helps....

I had a huge backfire (think gunshot) while cranking one time and immediately had binding throttle on the way home. Took it apart to find out that the front throttle body had popped up and out of the boot to the intake manifold. Had the linkage rubbing on rubber stuff in there. After I seated the throttle body back into the boot I tightened the hose clamp waaay more than I think it should have left the factory with, cause I'd never touched it till that point.
