I'd like to be preemptive and maybe install the mod'ed rotor from EBR. But this page http://www.erikbuellracing.com/store/parts-accesso ries/engine/2009-2010-charging-system-rotor-modifi cation.html only lists parts for the '09 and '10. Did the 2008's experience the same charging problems? Are the parts for a 2008 the same as the '09 and '10? Thanks for helping!   Tbowdre Posted on Friday, November 15, 2013 - 11:23 am:        2008 models do not have issues with charging. Initially the 2008 models were having problems with dead batteries. So in 2009, 2010 they increased the stator output and created a heat issue. The 2008 models were found to have a parasitic electrical drain from the instrument cluster that has long since been remedied with a software up grade to the cluster.
