Wonder if the cluster from an 1190 will work on an 1125? |

Yes, it's an aftermarket thing used in.....everything from small racing planes to the KTM X-Bow. You can just buy it... I think it's made by a company called SPA.... That's not to say EBR hasn't locked out the programming and whatnot, but they're a high end universal unit. |

If it is made by SPA then it is bespoke for EBR - http://www.spa-uk.co.uk/(S(lzz3e1ad0nsorfc3qxanjuo3))/design/dashsystem/de fault.aspx

$2,000 for a dash. UGH! I would certainly like an alternative to what we have for the 1125r. The OEM Magneti dash is not reliable. I go through 1-2 of them a year, basically shaking them into total failure. |

Not sure. Not really cheap, either. $400-ish. |

The 1125r will actually run without a cluster at all, IME. Problem is, the fuel pump never shuts off after you switch the bike off. We could probably use ANY of these devices as long as we didn't want to get to the codes and didn't mind completely killing the power (disconnect battery) each time we shut the bike down. Trust me, I've thought about it... |

Is there anyone that can repair our clusters? |

Ever tried fixing one of those clusters J? Seems like it would just be some solder leads that have cracked. |

Tried once and destroyed it getting it apart. Should try again since they are garbage anyway... |

My Issues are as soon as I turn on the key my signals become flashers and my oil light stays on. I don't know what in the cluster is causing this. I took it apart and didn't find any sign of corrosion, burnt traces or bad solder joints. I wish it was as simple as the needle fell off. |

Jdugger, this thread might be helpful for tearing apart the cluster. http://www.badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/290 431/720568.html |
