Author Message   Torquesauce Posted on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 - 11:56 pm:        EBR Rotor Mod - Check Rewound Stator from Ricks - Check CE605SB Regulator from Jack - Check Per forum member "Baf"'s excellent PDF write up of the charging system upgrades, he calls to remove the HD Harness Upgrade Relay doo-dad, as it is incompatible with the new set up. I've run the VIN on my bike (purchased used) and know that the upgrade was performed at its prior servicing dealership, but to be honest I have no idea what I'm looking for to remove. Can somebody post a picture, or a link to a thread with photos, of the HD relay and harness that needs yanked and thrown away? Maybe I should send it back to HD and say "Thanks, but no thanks". I'm hoping this upgrade goes smooth, I just read the horror thread about how none of the upgrades solved the rider's problem. *shudders* Thanks all!   Froggy Posted on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 - 01:18 am:        That video only shows how to bypass it, if you really want to totally remove it, just follow the wiring associated with it, snip a few zip ties, and out it comes.   Torquesauce Posted on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 - 08:50 am:        Awesome.
