So on my way to work today, my 1125 overheated. Noticed the temp light came on so I pulled off. It's a short 3 mile drive. I noticed there was some rad fluid weeping from the over flow hose and from behind the water pump(little weep hole). What should I check? |

Next thing I'd check (N.B. I am NOT a mechanic) would be to make sure the fans are operational. I recently saw a post where someone mentioned that one of their fans seized up due to a failed bearing. |

Fans are working also. I actually rode home tonight from work and it didnt overheat, but i did notice the temp was high. Thermostat or temp sensor, is my next check i guess. |

Are you certain there is no air in the system? |

Coolant level was a bit lower after the ride home, but nothing weeped out from the looks of it. I bleed the system tonight, there where a few air bubbles so maybe that was it. But i think it kind of odd, as i haven't messed with the rads in sometime. |

Peewee: Replace coolant. Use the HD 50/50 stuff-$20 Ride and monitor after each ride. |
