Author Message   Mortbike Posted on Monday, June 10, 2013 - 08:21 am:        I did the EBR rotor mod about 500 miles ago. My bike had only 3,000 miles on it and has had the HD harness fix since new. The stock stator looked mint when I put the rotor in. Hd harness fix has now been removed. Bike is charging perfectly so stock stator and VR look good for now. Will the bike need an upgraded stator or am I good to go? My stator failed within a couple hundred miles after putting the EBR rotor in, however, my stator was pretty well burnt already and likely compromised before, so it very well could have failed just as quickly or sooner without the rotor.
