EBR is out of stock on the crank locking tool. Been trying to contact them to see when they expect the next shipment but haven't gotten any solid answers. My 09 has been down (4700miles) for about a month now, got my the modified rotor in this afternoon and the rewound stator should be here Tuesday. Only thing I need is the tool. Does anyone have another source for these tools or have one they are willing to sell/rent/loan? I live near Denver Colorado. Thanks | ||

Shane, I'm just down the road in Albuquerque. I see this is your first post, so I'm hesitant. I have the crank locking tool, that I do loan out, and so far, it has always come back home. I would really hate to lose the tool, as it has been good to me, and many others on the board. PM me | ||

Same question here; however, I am looking to purchase the tool not just borrow one. Is there a separate source to obtain the locking tools from? | ||
